INGREDIENTS:
15-ounce can 100% pure pumpkin 2 eggs ¾ cup of granulated sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon ground cloves 12 ounces of milk 9-inch pie shell DIRECTIONS: * Make sure to get a grown-up's permission to use the stove! Beat eggs slightly; then beat in the remaining ingredients. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for around 45 minutes more. Test by inserting a knife into the middle of pie — if it comes out clean, it's done! |
